What is YMCA360?
YMCA360 is an on-demand video platform for our Y community. YMCA360 offers group exercise classes, youth sports training, wellbeing classes and more to serve you wherever you are. Whether you are at home or on the road, take the Y with you along with your favorite classes, instructors and more.
How do I access YMCA360?
To access YMCA360 website and tv app, you must know your email associated with your membership. You will simply click the login button, enter your email address and zip code, and select your local YMCA branch. Once you complete this step, you will receive an email with a 6 digit passcode, which you will enter to gain access.

Can we have more than one YMCA member card in the app?
At this time, you can only have one card in the app. We know it is important feature for our members to have multiple cards in the app. We are already working with the app developer to add this as a feature. We expect it to be available soon!
In the meantime, if you have the digital card in the old app, please take a screenshot and favorite it in your photos. You could scan the photo of the barcode at check-in. We know this isn't ideal, but it will be a work around until we get that feature added.
Where in the app do we go to reserve things such as a lane for open swim?
In the YMCA360 app, click on the YMCA logo in the middle of the bottom menu, then click class schedules. This will bring you to the website where you will have the option to make a reservation.
Reservations
Some of the offerings at our YMCA of the Chippewa Valley facilities have capacity limits because of limited equipment. It’s simple to navigate and you’ll know your spot is waiting for you when you arrive at the Y.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Reservations will be taken at least 7days in advance for most areas. The Chippewa Falls Golf Simulator takes reservations 72 hours in advance. Once a reservation is made, or canceled, a confirmation email will be sent.

What if I come to the Y without a reservation and want to participate in these offerings?

Reservations are strongly encouraged when equipment is limited. Any open spots can be reserved in-person at the Member Service Desk.

What do I do if YMCA360 is unable to authenticate me as a member and won’t let me in?
-
Provided you have selected your home YMCA and not a branch from another YMCA association, chances are that the YMCA does not have the email address currently on file that you are attempting to use for signing into YMCA360. Please contact your home YMCA and update your email address. After that, you should be all set.

The app is asking me for a six-digit code. What is that?
-
The first time that you log-in on a new device, YMCA360 is going to authenticate your access to the email address that you used to sign-in by sending an email with a six-digit code to that email address. Please check your email to find the code that you can enter into YMCA360 to gain first-time access to the platform.

Will I have to enter that six-digit code every time I log on?

No, you will only be asked for that code if you log on using a different device or following periodic app updates.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Log into the reservation system and find the area day and time you reserved, then click 'Cancel'. If you are having issues making or canceling a reservations online, please call the Member Service Desk to make a reservation.
