IDLE IRONMAN CHALLENGE
YMCA OF THE CHIPPEWA VALLEY
The Idle Ironman Challenge covers the distance of an Ironman Triathlon over 31 days: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run. This challenge is being offered at both Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire facilities.
Participants must report their weekly totals - details to follow upon registration. Any indoor/outdoor activities count toward your totals.
REMEMBER: Honesty is a YMCA core value!

Manual Release - Shoulder Specific Workshop
Chippewa Falls YMCA
Join Manual Release Therapist Jenna - for a workshop on tips and tricks to correct movement/muscle disfunction of the shoulders. This 90-minute workshop is for anyone currently experiencing shoulder pain/mobility OR anyone looking for prevention of future issues.

BuildHER Small Group Training

Calling all boss babes, queen bees, mompreneurs, students, SAHMS and any other women trying to do it all!
All female small group training is a great way to feel empowered and workout with other women. This 5-week program is targeted workouts for women to stay motivated, improve strength or jumpstart your fitness program! Main gains in the weight room and feel more confident in your lifting workouts!

Water Exercise
The YMCA of the Chippewa Valley offers group exercise classes on land as well as in the water. Each week, several group exercise water classes are held at the Y's two membership locations.
