RESERVATIONS

Some areas within our YMCA facilities require reservations at the this time. Find all the information about areas that require reservations, and how to make them, below.

Some of the offerings at our YMCA of the Chippewa Valley facilities have capacity limits because of limited equipment.  It’s simple to navigate and you’ll know your spot is waiting for you when you arrive at the Y.

  • What offerings require reservations at Chippewa Falls YMCA? 

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

  • IN THE YMCA360 APP:

    • Open your YMCA360 App

    • Select 'MY SCHEDULES' then find the area you would like to make the reservation within

      • Note that there is a toggle at the top of the page indicating "My Schedule" and "All" to see all reservations that are available, move the toggle to "All"​

      • Also not the blue "filter" button. If you are not seeing reservations available, click on the filter button to ensure you are seeing the correct branch information.

    • Find the day and time you want to reserve, click it, and select "Reserve"
       

  • ON THE YMCA WEBSITE:

    • Go to WWW.YMCA360.ORG

    • Login with the email address associated with your YMCA account.

    • Click ‘MY SCHEDULE’ button

      • Note that there is a toggle at the top of the page indicating "My Schedule" and "All" to see all reservations that are available, move the toggle to "All"​

    • Click the filter button to find the area and reservations you want to see

    • When desired time and date is found, click the "Reserve button"

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What email address do I use to access YMCA360?

    • Please use the email address associated with your YMCA account. If you are unsure of which email address to use, or need to change the email address associated with your account, please contact the Member Service Desk.

      • Eau Claire Downtown YMCA - 715-836-8460

      • Eau Claire South YMCA - 715-552-4570

      • Chippewa Falls YMCA - 715-723-2201

  • How far in advance can I make a reservation?

    • Reservations will be taken at least 7days in advance for most areas. The Chippewa Falls Golf Simulator takes reservations 72 hours in advance. Once a reservation is made, or canceled, a confirmation email will be sent.
       

  • What if I come to the Y without a reservation and want to participate in these offerings?

    • Reservations are strongly encouraged when equipment is limited. Any open spots can be reserved in-person at the Member Service Desk.
       

  • What do I do if YMCA360 is unable to authenticate me as a member and won’t let me in?

    • Provided you have selected your home YMCA and not a branch from another YMCA association, chances are that the YMCA does not have the email address currently on file that you are attempting to use for signing into YMCA360. Please contact your home YMCA and update your email address. After that, you should be all set.

  • The app is asking me for a six-digit code. What is that?

    • The first time that you log-in on a new device, YMCA360 is going to authenticate your access to the email address that you used to sign-in by sending an email with a six-digit code to that email address. Please check your email to find the code that you can enter into YMCA360 to gain first-time access to the platform.

  • Will I have to enter that six-digit code every time I log on?

    • No, you will only be asked for that code if you log on using a different device or following periodic app updates.

  • How do I cancel a reservation? 

    • Log into the reservation system and find the area day and time you reserved, then click 'Cancel'. If you are having issues making or canceling a reservations online, please call the Member Service Desk to make a reservation.

JOHN & FAY MENARD YMCA TENNIS CENTER

  • Members of the YMCA of the Chippewa Valley and Tennis Pass participants may reserve courts seven (7) days in advance for open play.

  • Members may reserve a maximum of 1 court ahead of time per day.

  • Reservations may be made for 30-minute increments up to 2 hours.

  • Please give all names in a group when reserving court time.

  • Non-members are required to buy a day pass before they can play. They are also responsible for their court time.

  • Non-members can use the facility 3 times annually.
